A couple of months ago I was commissioned for a painting as a wedding present. This was a first for me. I've done commissions before but not as someone to give as a gift. That adds a little more pressure, instead of pleasing one person...you've got 3. Of course I was glad for the challenge. I was given several photos to choose from and then a couple of pictures of the couple from that night to kind of get the feel of how the night went....
The painting is the view from the Trump Tower in Chicago. The Groom flew the Bride to Chicago to propose...had a personal chef, candles, and roses; surrounded by the city lights.
